‘Lunch Break’ is Seedhe Maut’s third mixtape, delving into a new wave of the duo’s sound. The album was created while they were taking a break from recording their third concept album, isolating themselves in Goa to experiment with new concepts and re-hash tracks they created over the years. Most of the tracks were recorded spontaneously, with producers Hurricane, Talal Qureshi, Nitin Randhawa, DJ SA, and Calm himself curating 18 of the tracks on the project.

The album also has an array of incredible features from Rebel 7, Sonny Jim, Bandzo, Sikander Kahlon, Lil Bhavi, Badshah, Faris Shafi and KRSNA. The duo has given only a taste of what’s coming in their upcoming album, experimenting with new school trap, funk, jazz and psychedelic influences. For Seedhe Maut, their craft is their sacred form of expression, so even during a ‘break’ their creative outlet remains making music.
