Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for making a purchase at our website. Please read the returns & refund policy before making a purchase:-

Note* – This policy is in relation to all the products available on our website, i.e, SMFC, SMX, and any other item displayed on the website for purchase. No other policy is issued for any other product on our website. 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY:

  1. All the products purchased under MAAL are not eligible for any exchanges or refunds. 
  2. Additionally, we do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 
  3. This is to clarify that any product including but not limited to Books, DVDs, Sale Items, perishable goods, are not eligible for any return, refund or exchange. 
  4. Partial refunds will not be provided on any purchases made under this website. 
  5. Once an order has been confirmed, it can not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. 
  6. In matters where the customer has put wrong/false/miscalculated/ambiguous details on the site while purchasing the product, then we are not responsible for size, fit & product details mishappening from the end of the customer, and hence, shall not be eligible for exchange or returns. Therefore, we advise you to carefully review and ensure while ordering your suited product in accordance with your size, fit, description and specifications. 
  7. In case where the product is purchased by the customer and due to our mishappening in terms of incorrect size, and or product details, the customer has received an incorrect or wrong order delivery, then in such matters, the customer may contact us within 7 days from day of order delivery at orders@seedhemaut.com and we will assist you in getting you the right product. 
  8. Any item marked as a gift item, are also not eligible for any return, refund or exchange.
  9. In case of damaged or defective products, please contact within 7 days of order delivery at orders@seedhemaut.com.
  10. In case where a product has not reached the customer, please contact within 15 days of order purchased at orders@seedhemaut.com.
  11. Shipping (only for damaged or defective products): To return your damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at orders@seedhemaut.com and our team will assist you.
  12. Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your damaged or defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
  13. Kindly note, this policy shall be effective from 23rd April 2026. Any purchase done from SMX/ MAAL before this date shall be eligible for a refund or exchange like the previous policy procedure of 14 day window period. Any purchased from SMFC before or after the mentioned date shall be non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. After 1st April, 2026, all the purchases made herein shall be in compliance with the updated policy. 
  14. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund & Returns Policy.
